SHIPPING POLICY

Shipments are made directly by suppliers subject to international import rules. The deadlines established are strictly in accordance with the agreements with our suppliers and deadlines for shipping international methods calculated at the end of the purchase. 

RETURN POLICY, REFUND  AND EXCHANGE

 REFUND GUARANTEE If the product you purchased is not as described, we guarantee your refund. You will receive your money back within 30 days of the dispute being finalized. This warranty is in addition to and does not limit your rights as a consumer to local warranties, pursuant to all mandatory laws and regulations applicable in Brazil.

CONDITIONS FOR REQUESTING A REFUND

• The product must not have been used

.• The product must be in perfect condition in its original packaging.

1. Talk to us through our service channels, explain the situation so that we can find a solution together.

2. Claim your refund within 7 days of receiving the product and your money will be refunded within 30 days. 

3) Take the return code or label;

4) Wait to be picked up or take your package to the indicated delivery point;

5) Wait for our local confirmation that the supplier has received your product

The refund will be made within 30 days after the supplier confirms receipt and condition of the product.

• Note: Only one free return per order is allowed. If you want to make multiple returns in one order, only one return will be free. Other returns can still be sent to the supplier, but you will need to pay for shipping. We recommend returning all items in the order at once to take advantage of free shipping.

WE DO NOT EXCHANGE PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN THE ONLINE STORE.
